Cancellation and Refund

Any cancellation of registration have to be notified in writing to the Organizing Secretariat by e-mail or by fax +39 065194009 and will be subject to the following conditions:
– postmarked before March 24, 2017 – 100% refund, minus a EUR 50 handeling fee.
– postmarked before April 28, 2017 – 50% refund, minus a EURO 50 handeling fee.

After this date no refund of fees can be made, however, you are allowed to nominate another person to take your registration see point ‘name changes’. All accepted refunds will be made after the meeting.
