All applicants will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail of their registration. Registrations are generally processed within one business day after received. During the bussiest registration periods, your registration may take up to 7 business days to process.
An official confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail within two weeks after receipt of full payment, with confirmation of your requests according to the submitted registration form. Finally, a letter including logistic and practical details will be sent by e-mail approximately two weeks before the meeting. We strongly recommend that you present your confirmation letter at the registration desk in order to collect your meeting badge.
